On Call

Oil Meter’s On Call service offers clients some of the services provided by the helpdesk outside the Helpdesk services’ hours.

Usually the On Call service is available Monday to Friday 5:00am to 8:30am and Saturday from 05:00am to 1:00pm.

This service is active outside office hours and works as follows:

  • The client calls when there is some sort of problem
  • Our On Call technician helps the client to analyze the problem
  • The technician connects to the client’s server with the support from the client
  • It is decided that it is necessary to intervene on-site and this is planned
